1. About CADI
CADI – Development of an Informal Care Ecosystem Empowered by Digital and Green Skills – is an Erasmus+ (KA220-ADU) co-funded project. The platform is operated by partners in Germany, Portugal, Türkiye.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to harm others.
3. Account and Registration
Registration requires accurate information and acceptance of our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Intellectual Property
Course content, materials, and platform design are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them for personal learning only, not for commercial redistribution without permission.
5. Certificates
Certificates issued upon course completion are for your personal use and attestation of learning. They do not constitute formal accreditation unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will be error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable EU and national law. For users in Türkiye, Turkish law may apply to certain aspects.
