CADI – Development of an Informal Care Ecosystem Empowered by Digital and Green Skills – is a European Erasmus+ (KA220-ADU) co-funded project running from 2025 to 2028.
The project brings together partners from Germany, Portugal, and Türkiye to build a structured learning and competence ecosystem for informal caregivers. By combining Care Skills, Digital Skills, and Green Skills, CADI supports the digital and green transitions, inclusion, and employability in line with Erasmus+ priorities.
The platform functions as a Learning Management System (LMS), a Digital & Green Skills Competence Framework portal, a Community & Ecosystem space, and an Impact Monitoring & Reporting system, designed as a production-ready, scalable, and GDPR-compliant Progressive Web App.
